The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver was in the midst of a brand transformation. Meanwhile, their aging website required a much needed interim upgrade. Like many trade organizations, REBGV's previous site reflected the structure of the organization rather than the mental model of the end user. The newly refreshed REBGV website was re-envisioned, not through the eyes of the board, nor through the eyes of their board members, but instead through the eyes of the real users — the people who buy and sell real estate in Metro Vancouver. I provided the initial foundational design, which was carried through by another designer under my design direction.
