The Challenge — Young Workers are the most likely demographic to be injured on the job. Some of that is attributed to inexperience. But we discovered that young workers were hesitant to speak up, even when their gut instinct told them that something was unsafe.
Seeing things — The result were videos and transit posters inspired by the phenomenon known as Pareidolia — seeing familiar shapes in unexpected places: Like a face. On your uniform. But really is your gut. Trying to tell you something. Something like — talk to your boss about safety.
Trust your gut — Custom speech bubbles were illustrated to showcase the many different voices they represent.
