Reinvisioning the customer experience for Vancouver's real estate board through their organizational web property. I provided the initial foundational design and strategy, and then oversaw the subsequent design direction.

Solid foundation — Like many trade organizations, REBGV's previous site reflected the structure of the organization not the mental model of their end user — the buyers and sellers of real estate in Vancouver. Our design approach refocused that experience to the proper audience.
From desktop to pocket — One of the quickest ways to upgrade the user experience was to give their website a much needed responsive facelift to ensure viewability across a range of devices.
Selling to the right people — Taking learnings from the extensive customer journey research commissioned by REBGV, we were able to re-frame and re-structure the site for real estate sellers and buyers — and the various touchpoints in their journey — rather than only for agents and industry representatives.
